Scandal-tainted ex-minister Obuchi to seek LDP seat

TOKYO, Japan - Japan's former trade minister Yuko Obuchi heads to the House of Representatives chamber in Tokyo on Nov. 21, 2014, prior to its dissolution for a general election.
