Feed wood in replica of Japan's 1st stove in Hokkaido
HAKODATE, Japan - A man feeds wood into the replica of first made-in-Japan stove during a ceremony at the Hakodate Takadaya Kahei Museum in Japan's northernmost prefecture of Hokkaido on Nov. 25, 2014, to reenact the initial lighting of the stove in 1856. Takadaya was a merchant who contributed to the development of Hakodate. (Kyodo)
