Japan, Laos unveil cherry-elephant logo for 60th anniv. of ties
TOKYO, Japan - Lao Ambassador to Japan Khenthong Nuanthasing (L) and Takio Yamada, director general of the Southeast and Southwest Asian Affairs Department at the Japanese Foreign Ministry, unveil a logo to commemorate the 60th anniversary in 2015 of the establishment of diplomatic relations during a national day reception at the Lao Embassy in Tokyo on Nov. 30, 2014.
