Seoul to check safety of 2nd Lotte World complex

SEOUL, South Korea - The Seoul city government has ordered a temporary ban on the operation of an aquarium and on further construction work at the partially opened second Lotte World commercial complex in the South Korean capital, shown in this photo taken on Dec. 16, 2014, to carry out a safety inspection.
