U.S. children make drawings for kids in quake-hit areas

WASHINGTON, United States - Fifth-grade students from Thomson Elementary School draw pictures at the Japanese Information and Culture Center in Washington on Feb. 16, 2012, for elementary school students in the earthquake-hit areas of Japan. The drawings will be sent to elementary schools in Miyagi and Fukushima prefectures through the Japanese Foreign Ministry. (Kyodo)
