Japan relief team for NZ quake victims
TOKYO, Japan - Police officers leave the Metropolitan Police Department building in Tokyo to join the Japanese government's emergency relief team for New Zealand quake victims on Feb. 23, 2011. The 70-member relief team, which also includes Japan Coast Guard members, firefighters, and medical staff, will leave Narita airport the same day. (Kyodo)
