Tofu made from Paraguay soybeans sent to disaster victims
IGUAZU, Paraguay - Photo taken in February 2012 shows the building of an agricultural cooperative in Iguazu, Paraguay. A total of 1 million packets of tofu made from Paraguayan soybeans have been delivered to those affected by the March 2011 earthquake and tsunami disaster in Japan, people involved in the project said on Feb. 22.
