TOKYO, Japan - Photo taken on Feb. 4, 2012, shows the signboard of a nonprofit Japanese-style pub named Reconstruction Support Tavern, which opened in Tokyo's Ginza district in January the same year to aid recovery efforts in areas hit by the March 11, 2011, earthquake and tsunami.
