Tsunami reach Japan's Pacific side
KESENNUMA, Japan - A man wades through a flooded road with a container in the city of Kesennuma, Miyagi Prefecture, on Feb. 28, 2010, after tsunami triggered by a massive earthquake in Chile reached wide areas along Japan's Pacific coast. Japan observed waves as high as 1.45 meters, and flooding of some piers and seaside town roads. (Kyodo)
