Sumo match-fixing scandal
SAITAMA, Japan - Sumo wrestler Enatsukasa, one of three wrestlers who have reportedly admitted involvement in match-fixing, gets into a car outside the Irumagawa stable in Saitama on Feb. 3, 2011. Japan Sumo Association sources said the same day the lower-tier wrestler is believed to be a mediator in fixing matches, a day after police said text messages suggesting bout-fixing have been found on some wrestlers' confiscated cellphones.
