Kerry requested for visiting North by minister

NEW YORK, United States - U.S. Sen. John Kerry, a Democrat from Massachusetts and chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, answers reporters' questions in New York on March 9, 2012, after meeting at a seminar North Korean Vice Foreign Minister Ri Yong Ho, the country's chief envoy to the six-party talks on the North's denuclearization.
