U.S. envoy blasts N. Korea uranium enrichment program
SEOUL, South Korea - South Korea's chief nuclear envoy Wi Sung Lac (R) and Robert Einhorn, U.S. State Department special adviser for nonproliferation and arms control, talk at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade in Seoul on March 2, 2011.
