Dousing of quake-hit nuke plant
TOKYO, Japan - Still image taken from video footage released on March 23, 2011, by the Tokyo Fire Department shows members of the Fire Rescue Task Force, a special unit for operations in massive disasters, having a discussion prior to dousing the overheated No.3 reactor of the quake-hit Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station with water.
