3 teenage girls taken to hospital after stampede in Tokyo
TOKYO, Japan - Police officers try to regulate pedestrian traffic along Takeshita Street in Harajuku, a popular Tokyo shopping district, after a street stampede on March 26, 2010. The stampede, apparently triggered by rumors that some celebrities were in the area, caused three teenage girls to be taken to the hospital. (Kyodo)
