JAL, ANA mark Hina Matsuri doll festival
TOKYO, Japan - Female employees of Japan Airlines Corp. welcome passengers at a boarding gate decorated to mark the Hina Matsuri doll festival, a festival for girls, at Tokyo's Haneda airport on March 3, 2010. JAL and All Nippon Airways Co. ran domestic flights operated mostly by female crew, including copilots and mechanics, the same day to highlight the role of women in the airline industry. (Kyodo)
