Panel agrees with prosecutors' decision not to indict Hatoyama

TOKYO, Japan - A notice regarding a prosecution inquest committee's decision is posted on a board in front of the Tokyo District Court in Tokyo on April 26, 2010. The panel of 11 citizens determined that a decision by prosecutors not to indict Prime Minister Yukio Hatoyama over the false reporting of political funds by his fund management body from 2004 to 2008 was appropriate.
