Matsuzaka to miss 2010 season opening
WASHINGTON, United States - Boston Red Sox right-hander Daisuke Matsuzaka throws in a preseason game in Washington on April 3, 2010. But Matsuzaka, suffering from neck strain, was placed on a 15-day disabled list the following day and will be off the opening day roster for the first time in his fourth year in the major leagues.
