Children in evacuation center

SOMA, Japan - Children from Minamisoma, Fukushima Prefecture, on area from which residents have been instructed to evacuate by the government due to radiation leaks from a local nuclear power plant in the wake of the March 11, 2011, earthquake and tsunami, study in a makeshift ''classroom'' set up inside an evacuation center in Soma in the same prefecture on April 4. Once the children finish their assignments they clean up the room. (Kyodo)
