Antiseismic Fukushima plant building office
TOKYO, Japan - This undated photo shows the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant's emergency countermeasures office on the second floor of an antiseismic building on the plant's premises. Yasuki Murata, a worker for the utility, has been staying and working inside the building since the March 11 earthquake and tsunami crippled the plant, although its radiation-proofing measures are considered to be imperfect.
