Murals from ancient tomb
KASHIHARA, Japan - Children look at a mural depicting the Suzaku (red phoenix) removed from the ancient Kitora tomb in an exhibition open to the local people in the village of Asuka, Nara Prefecture, on May 14, 2010. The paintings of four gods of Chinese mythology removed from the tomb for preservation were put on display -- the Suzaku, the Seiryu (blue dragon), the Byakko (white tiger) and the Gembu (black turtle and snake).
