'Megafloat' artificial island heads to Fukushima

TOKYO, Japan - A ''megafloat'' structure is towed in Tokyo Bay as it is transported to Fukushima Prefecture from Yokohama port on May 15, 2011. Tokyo Electric Power Co. is considering using the floating structure to store water contaminated with high levels of radiation at the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station, which has been crippled since the March 11 earthquake and tsunami.
