Gov't adopts power-saving plan for summer
TOKYO, Japan - Chief Cabinet Secretary Osamu Fujimura (3rd from R) and other Cabinet ministers attend a meeting at the prime minister's office in Tokyo on May 18, 2012, to adopt a power-saving plan for this summer.
