Kan keeps 4 rebels in Cabinet
TOKYO, Japan - Katsumasa Suzuki, senior vice internal affairs minister, speaks to reporters at the prime minister's office in Tokyo on June 3, 2011. Japanese Prime Minister Naoto Kan decided to keep four Cabinet members including Suzuki who submitted letters of resignation over a no-confidence motion against the Cabinet in parliament, saying they would vote against Kan.
