Police arrest Incubator Bank's ex-chairman Kimura, others
TOKYO, Japan - Incubator Bank of Japan's former chairman Takeshi Kimura is transferred from the headquarters of the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department to Kojimachi Police Station in central Tokyo on July 14, 2010, after being arrested on suspicion of obstructing a Financial Services Agency audit of the bank last year. The bank's President Tatsuya Nishino and three others were also arrested on the same allegation. (Kyodo)
