TOKYO, Japan - File photo shows Eiji Kimizuka, the commanding general of the Ground Self-Defense Force's Northeastern Army. Defense Ministry officials said on July 13, 2011, that Kimizuka has been tapped for the GSDF's top post. (Kyodo)
