Kin of Manila hostage victims demand justice
MANILA, Philippines - Tse Chi-hang, 28, from Hong Kong, breaks down in Manila on Aug. 23, 2011, as he speaks to reporters demanding justice from the Philippine government over the death of his brother during a hostage crisis in Manila a year earlier. A survivor as well as relatives of those who died in the tragedy visited Manila to personally convey to the Philippine government their demand for a formal apology, compensation, accountability for those who mishandled the situation and an assurance that safety and security measures for tourists will be improved.
