Tokyo hit by heavy rain

TOKYO, Japan - A car is stranded at Haneda airport as heavy rain falls on Tokyo on Aug. 26, 2011. According to the Japan Meteorological Agency, Tokyo saw its heaviest-ever torrential rainfall for the month of August the same day, totaling 90.5 millimeters per hour in Tokyo's Nerima Ward. (Kyodo)
