OKAYAMA, Japan - Hybrid bus ''Solarve'' is launched in Okayama, western Japan, to serve local routes on Sep. 1, 2010. It is the world's first bus equipped with a solar battery, according to the operator Ryobi Holdings Co. (Kyodo)
