Nagasaki University, IAEA ties up

NAGASAKI, Japan - Nagasaki University President Shigeru Katamine (R) and Rethy Chem, an official of the International Atomic Energy Agency, shake hands at the university in Nagasaki City on Aug. 9, 2011.
