Japan's new police chief Okazaki
TOKYO, Japan - Upper house member Tomiko Okazaki smiles at the prime minister's office in Tokyo on Sept. 17, 2010, after being named as chairwoman of the National Public Safety Commission, which oversees the National Police Agency, in Prime Minister Naoto Kan's reshuffled Cabinet.
