Quake-hit schools begin classes at temporary building
OTSUCHI, Japan - Children walk in a corridor of a temporary school building in Otsuchi, Iwate Prefecture on Sept. 20, 2011, which has been constructed for pupils and students of four elementary schools and a junior high school in the town that were put out of use by the March 11 earthquake and tsunami. Classes at the temporary facility began the same day for the elementary schools and will begin on Sept. 22 for the junior high school. (Kyodo)
