Japanese, Afghan ministers meet at U.N.
NEW YORK, United States - New Japanese Foreign Minister Seiji Maehara (R) and Afghani Foreign Minister Zalmai Rassoul (L) shake hands before their meeting at the U.N. headquarters in New York on Sept. 21, 2010, on the sideline of a series of U.N. meetings.
