Scandal-tainted Kobayashi apologizes, but no comment on her futur
TOKYO, Japan - Democratic Party of Japan lawmaker Chiyomi Kobayashi answers questions from reporters at the Diet building in Tokyo on March 2, 2010, after the arrest the previous day of four people in connection with alleged illegal donations to her office.
