Hiranuma's party to pursue 'medium welfare, medium cost-bearing'
TOKYO, Japan - Former trade minister Takeo Hiranuma is surrounded by reporters in Tokyo on April 8, 2010, after a meeting with the prospective founding members of the new party called ''Tachiagare Nippon'' (Stand Up, Japan).
