                      Crime scene investigators from the New York City police department are on scene investigating human remains found and are bringing out evidence bags at an apartment building in Bronx, New York, United States, on August 8, 2024. Bronx Homicide and 41 Precinct Detective Squad personnel are conducting a search warrant at 903 Rogers Place in Bronx, New York, on Monday, August 5, at approximately 11:30 pm. They are recovering a firearm and drug paraphernalia inside a bedroom. Human remains are being found inside the kitchen of the apartment. The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner is determining the cause of death. There are no arrests and the investigation is remaining ongoing. The identity of the deceased is pending at this time according to police.
