Japan, S. Korea nuclear envoys hold talks
TOKYO, Japan - Shinsuke Sugiyama (R), chief of the Japanese Foreign Ministry's Asian and Oceanian affairs bureau, and Lim Sung Nam, South Korea's new top nuclear envoy, shake hands at the Foreign Ministry in Tokyo on Oct. 13, 2011.
