Kisho Kurokawa, internationally acclaimed architect, dies at 73
TOKYO, Japan - Kisho Kurokawa, an internationally acclaimed Japanese architect, died of heart failure at a Tokyo hospital on Oct. 12 at age 73. The photo shows Kurokawa and his wife, the actress Ayako Wakao, campaigning in his unsuccessful bid for a seat in the House of Councillors in the elections held in July. (Kyodo)
