TOKYO, Japan - Togo Fujita, president of the now-defunct building inspection agency eHomes Inc., speaks to reporters in Tokyo on Oct. 18 after the Tokyo District Court sentenced him to 18 months in prison, suspended for three years, for falsifying the company's financial statements to acquire a license from the land ministry.
