8 Myanmar men seek refugee status in Japan following crackdown
NAGOYA, Japan - Eight men from Myanmar arrive at the Nagoya Regional Immigration Bureau in Nagoya on Oct. 17 to apply for refugee status in Japan citing their fear of persecution if they return home following the Myanmar junta's crackdown on pro-democracy activists. (Kyodo)
