TOKYO, Japan - Photo shows the Indian star tortoise, a rare species frequently imported to Japan. TRAFFIC, the wildlife trade monitoring network, has published a report designating Japan as one of the world's largest importers of rare wildlife as the 10th Conference of the Parties to the Convention on Biological Diversity meets in Nagoya.
