Gov't approves experimental emissions trading system
TOKYO, Japan - Japanese Prime Minister Taro Aso (C) speaks at a meeting of the government's Global Warming Prevention Headquarters, at his office in Tokyo Oct. 21. The headquarters endorsed an experimental emissions trading system allowing companies to voluntarily set up targets for cutting greenhouse gases. (Kyodo)
