Tsutsumi gets 30-month suspended term in Seibu share case
TOKYO, Japan - Yoshiaki Tsutsumi, who had led the railway and resort conglomerate Seibu Railway Co. group and was once listed as the world's richest man, was sentenced to 30 months in prison, suspended for four years, on Oct. 27 due to his role in a high-stake Seibu share financial scandal.
