Dr. Nakamatsu wins Ig Nobel Prize for documenting meals
NEW YORK, United States - Yoshiro Nakamatsu (file photo), commonly known as Dr. Nakamatsu, won the Ig Nobel Prize in the nutrition science category on Oct. 6 for taking photos of all his meals over 35 years and analyzing the effects of food on brain activity, health condition and life duration. The prize ceremony was held at Harvard University in Boston as the award is sponsored by the science humor magazine Annals of Improbable Research linked with the university. (Kyodo)
