(2) S. Korean ship crashes into breakwater, 6 dead
ISHIKARI BAY, Japan - A crew member of the South Korean cargo ship Marine Osaka holds fast to the mast waiting for rescue at Ishikari Bay New Port on Nov. 13. Six crew members died after strong winds and high waves sent the 5,500-ton vessel at anchor into a breakwater. There were eight South Korean and eight Myanmar crew members on board the ship. Fifteen of them have been rescued, with one still missing, Japan Coast Guard officials said. (Kyodo)
