Malaysia, Indonesia urged to ratify pact to fight sea piracy
SINGAPORE, Singapore - Yoshiaki Ito, executive director the ReCAAP Information Sharing Center, a newly inaugurated intergovernmental anti-piracy center in Singapore, expresses hope on Nov. 29 that Malaysia and Indonesia will join multilateral efforts to combat piracy in the Strait of Malacca by ratifying a pact initiated by Japan.
