Murakami Fund founder pleads not guilty to insider trading

TOKYO, Japan - Yoshiaki Murakami, founder of a well-known Japanese investment fund, leaves the Tokyo District Court by car on Nov. 30 after the first hearing of his trial. Murakami pleaded not guilty to insider trading charges involving Nippon Broadcasting System Inc. shares. (Kyodo)
