High court upholds 5-yr sentence for ex-architect Aneha
TOKYO, Japan - Disqualified architect Hidetsugu Aneha (C) leaves the lawyers' hall in Tokyo on Nov. 7 after the Tokyo High Court upheld a lower court ruling against him that sentenced him to five years in prison and a fine of 1.8 million yen for fabricating buildings' earthquake-resistance data and committing perjury.
