Chief N. Korea delegate refuses nuclear arm talks for now: paper
BEIJING, China - Kim Kye Gwan (C), North Korean chief delegate to the six-party talks, is driven back the North Korean Embassy in Beijing after the third day of multilateral and bilateral discussions on Dec. 20. A newspaper published by a pro-Pyongyang group in Japan said Kim has refused to discuss the ''nuclear arms'' issue unless the United States drops its ''hostile'' policy against his country.
