Snow dusts central Tokyo, no major traffic disruptions

TOKYO, Japan - Commuters report to work as snow falls in Tokyo's Marunouchi district on Jan. 23. A rare snowfall in eastern Japan thinly covered central Tokyo for the first time this winter but no major traffic disruptions have been reported, the Japan Meteorological Agency said. (Kyodo)
