Suda, Omoto win gold in rowing
DOHA, Qatar - Japanese rowers Takahiro Suda (L) and Hideki Omoto react after winning the men's lightweight double sculls gold at the Asian Games on Dec. 6. Suda and Omoto clocked 3 minutes, 19.29 seconds in the 1,000-meter final to beat Thailand's Ruthtanaphol Theppibal and Anupong Thainjam by 0.63. Kiran Yalamanchi and Bijender Singh of India took bronze in 3:26.01. (Kyodo)
